Tacos My Guey ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tacos My Guey mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from authorized users of our internal inventory and order management system. This App is not available to the general public — it is exclusively for authorized staff members of Tacos My Guey restaurant.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information from authorized users:

• Full Name: Used to identify users within the system and display in the app interface.
• Email Address: Used as the login credential and for receiving inventory reports and notifications.
• User ID: An internal identifier assigned to each user account for authentication and activity tracking within the app.

We do NOT collect:

• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Health, financial, or biometric data
• Browsing history or search history
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Any data from third-party sources

3. How We Use Your Information

All collected information is used solely for:

• Authenticating users and managing access to the app
• Displaying user identity within the app interface
• Sending inventory reports and low-stock alerts via email
• Tracking which user performed inventory operations (consumption logging, order creation)

4. Data Storage and Security

• Login credentials are transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Session tokens are stored securely on the device using the iOS Keychain (via Expo SecureStore).
• User data is stored on our secure backend server and is not shared with any third parties.
• Biometric data (Face ID/Touch ID) is processed entirely on-device by iOS and is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively within the Tacos My Guey inventory management system.

6. Data Retention

User accounts and associated data are retained for as long as the user is an active staff member. When a user account is deactivated or deleted by an administrator, all associated data is removed from the system.

7. Your Rights

As an authorized user, you may:

• Request to view the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
