1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tacos My Guey mobile application and web platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tacos My Guey provides an internal inventory management and order tracking system exclusively for authorized staff members of Tacos My Guey restaurant. The Service includes:

• Real-time inventory tracking and stock management
• Order creation and management for supplier (Sysco) deliveries
• Consumption logging and reporting
• Email notifications for stock alerts and weekly reports
• PDF generation for order documentation

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires an account created by an administrator. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use

Administrators may create, modify, or deactivate user accounts at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of inventory and order management. You shall not:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for entering accurate inventory data, consumption records, and order quantities. Tacos My Guey is not liable for business decisions made based on inaccurate data entered by users.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is the property of Tacos My Guey. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacos My Guey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
