Getting Started

The Tacos My Guey app is an internal inventory and order management system for authorized staff members. If you need access to the app, please contact your administrator.

Common Questions

How do I log in?

Use the email address and password provided by your administrator. If you're having trouble logging in, contact your admin to verify your account is active.

How do I change my password?

Go to your Profile (click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar) and use the "Change Password" form. You'll need to enter your current password and your new password.

How do I record product consumption?

Navigate to the "Consumo" section in the sidebar. Find the product you used, select the quantity, and tap "Gastar." You'll be asked to confirm before the stock is deducted.

How do I create a new order?

Go to "Nuevo Pedido" or "Pedido Jueves" (for Thursday large orders). Add products to your order, adjust quantities, and submit. You can also load suggested quantities based on your regular schedule.

How do I mark an order as received?

In the "Historial" section, find the pending order and tap "Recibí Pedido." You can adjust the received quantities if the delivery differs from what was ordered. The inventory will update automatically.

How do I export an order as PDF?

In the "Historial" section, tap the PDF icon next to any order to download it. You can also send it directly by email using the email icon.

Troubleshooting

  • App not loading: Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
  • Can't log in: Verify your email and password. If forgotten, ask your administrator to reset it.
  • Stock numbers seem wrong: Check the Consumption History to review recent activity and identify any errors.
  • Not receiving emails: Ask your administrator to verify your email is added as an active recipient in the Email settings.
